seems monsanto pulled a fast one past most people leaving them thinking the actual toxins they tested were the product of the altered GM crops. not so much

2 much money to do that, or possibly they already tried and didn't get favorable results.

and why would i even accuse them of the last sentence? after all a monsanto rep did have the audacity to mention in a new york times piece that it was not monsanto's job to ensure the safety of it's products. it is the FDA's. he said this point blank

But, in every case, the Bt crops released in North America have been evaluated based on the toxicity to mammals and to the environment of the natural toxins, not the product of the synthetic altered genes in the GM crops.

Therefore, the actual toxins in the GM crops have not been tested. This is because the cost of isolating the toxins from the GM crops was considered prohibitive.

what seems to be a common trait in the insects/animals effected by these toxins is

"The toxin proteins bind to cell membranes of the cells of the insect gut"

and that my friend is what you call the monsanto smoking gun

and remember the GM foods we eat are not labeled, so are our own immune systems being surpressed as well? should we wait till the majority of our diets are from GM foods?

SHAME on MONSANTO and SHAME on the FDA

wether you think the depopulation theme is alarmist or not (some surely will not) what do u think
