There is a thread relating to the award around somewhere.
In short, it's a new system of rewarding members who make a thoughtful posts that further the direction of conspiratorial discussion. Or in other
words, they post good stuff.
Another new member will be selected by the moderators at the end of this month. JB1 won for October.
