Wow, that is strange.

Usually they do the same as Yahoo!, and change their front page to reflect holidays and events etc etc.

Like rabbits and eggs for easter, red and green for christmas etc.

Wonder why they've put up a spaceship and little green men?

EDIT: The image's name is Yuri Gagarin, the first man in space.

Its to celebrate Yuri Gagarin. He became the first person in space on April 12, 1961.
