Now this is very interesting, what i want to know is.

1. Can he actually do this?
2. Does he have a guilty conscience.

1. I assume so. There may be many reasons for it, from "conflict of interests" to "The #'s about to hit the fan ... time to get away from this as soon as possible"

2. He's a member of the Bush administration ... of course he's got a guilty conscience

Too bad he isn't recusing himself from the administration.
