Ephedra banned?

They can't regulate herbs, but they can deem them dangerous and if they can convince enough people that it poses a serious risk to user's lives, they can get it banned.

It's already been outlawed in California. I find it amusing that they only put a limit on meds containing ephedrine, but they completely outlawed the use of Ephedra.

does anyone know if it is going to be illegal to possess?? or is it just going to be banned from stores ect.
