The land I want to buy is already occupied by the alien base ....

I wouldn't trust *anyone* who says that they have clear title to be selling those acres in the first place...


However, if I can get together the resources it would take to get there & continue surviving, then I would be willing to move off this planet & away from the influence of Earth-bound politics...

It's not a stunt... but it's not a legal document.

They've been selling pieces of land on Mars, on the other planets, selling stars, etc for a long time. However, no legal ownership is established (heck, I could sell the things!) and if they actually establish (in the next decade) a lunar or martian colony, your deed would be ... very nice toilet paper that you could take up there and use.

So in other words, I can tell you I am selling you a piece of the moon, give you a worthless deed in exchange for money? Sorry, I said stunt, I should have said scam! How do I get in on the action. I will sell solar systems, very affordable!

For this week only, I'm offering a cut-rate bottom-basement rate on the Horsehead Nebula...
