Clinton does not need to justify the war, the war in iraq , as this was carried out by the bush administration. This much is clear and present. It cannot be anymore cut and dry. Clinton needs to justify where his intelligence came from, though. Are you saying that Bush should have taken everything that was found during Clinton's terms in office and thrown it into the trash?

Bush went to war, Clinton did not go to war. I can't make it anymore clear than this. Intelligence, whatever this is, has nothing to do with the war.
