you really gotta give the guy credit for effort though.

other than the wings, which i agree are of the tree variety

notice there are no joints in the fingers? the ear sticks straight out, but has no hole to allow sound to enter the ear canal? and something about the pelvic girdle just looks....off?

other than that, he did a great job trying lol

but man, wouldnt it be cool if it was real?

I'm sure we could even identify the plant it's from without too much difficulty.

I'm going with European Beech.

The artist involved is awesome.

So much detail and a somewhat believable story. ( sounds plausible anyways ).

As mentioned, too bad.

Most certainly a scam. im not going to go into why the fossil itself doesnt look legit or how convenient his story is or even how easy and common it is to mix and match bones from other species to make pretty much whatever you want simply because i know that due to the fact these things arent even real flesh there couldnt be any fossil to begin with

The actual link paranormal.about.com...About.com

And the circle is complete. You're off the hook!

Back to the fairies…
The "Police Evidence bags" is a very nice touch... Too bad the evidence descriptions (the forms on the bags) aren't completed... That must be why evidence "disappears" in so many murder cases...

As someone said before

The wings look like leaves in the same way as a stick insect looks like a stick, so it may blend into its surroundings.

So there is no suprise as to why they would look like leaves.

Seems consistant with evolutionary process

However the story otherwise seems suspicous as to why you would not come foward with this to the public.

Maybe Government officials found out and supressed it from the public.

believable!

However

if there were 20 of the mummified beings, how did they reproduce if there were no reproductive organs?

so probable hoax unless proven otherwise.

No deal, not a single wand and over 20 fairies? Come on guys, Deny (You know what). I wonder how they'd handle a raven or stirling or peregrin falcon.

Hi,
I couldn't help but to send my two cents.

Go to ebay and check out this user; seamystery

He is a taxidermist or something. He's always selling sea creature or alien remains. He words it carefully so he doesn't get in trouble with ebay.
"100% real skin and bones" and such. But you can tell it's fake stuff.

I'm not sure about these fairyes, but if I was a betting man .......

Happy hump day.

Very interesting website. But there are three problems I have.

First, the wings look like leaves. They do not appear sufficiently aerodynamic to allow flight.

Second, the hair is not in a state of decay comparable to the rest of the body. It was remarkably clean.

Third, the evidence bag in the background has no writing on it. While this may not mean anything, I thought it was interesting to note.

Well done fake. Pretty solid attention to detail.

Except for the hair...looks like strands from a Barbie doll.

Oh well, still major applause for the work.

The website is being run by a magician or something like that, so i guess its all just to attract people.
