Say Abraham was 3500 years ago, could Ishmael descendant grow up to say 100 millions of Middle East population within 3500 years?

BTW who did Ishmael married to in order to get so many population within 3500 years? Incest? But still one woman can have one baby only in a year, unless they have twins or triplet DNA there, do you have any knowledge if Ishmael did have that DNA, by chance?

I remember Raquel Welch in 1 Million Years BC looking quite nicely hair free in that animal skin Bikini. That poses another question, did she have a Brazilian or what was the equivalent of a Brazilian at that time in history (possibly a Pangean?) before donning the Bikini..... or was it called a Bikini back then as there was, at that time, no atoll by that name after which a garment could be named.

It's all very confusing...
