UFO - Santiago New Years Day 2007

At first I thought its a stunt kite, but after researching numerous videos of proffesional stunt kite flyers the range of motion of this object is just too wide & extreme to be under human control. Also it appears to warp to other parts of the sky within a few frames, too fast to be a kite.
I also dont think its a fake as the object is solidly locked to the background plate/frame among other things..its an interesting anomalie.
