Terrorists May Target Jets

The US is warning of possible attacks on commercial aircraft carrying Westerners in Algeria.
The news comes from the American embassy in the capital Algiers, which says militants may be planning such atrocities.
It came in a message to Americans living in the North African country.
The statement read: "There is information that extremists may be planning to conduct an attack against a commercial aircraft carrying Western workers in Algeria.
"At this time, there is no additional information available as to the specific carrier or the timing of this attack."
