Though people talk about 'Above Top Secret' as a technical term used by the g-ment, for the first time I actually heard an official spokesman use
the term on a TV show.
It was on the History Channel's 'Beyond Top Secret' about the pre-invasion of Iraq back before the Iraq war, when they had intel informing them
that Saddam was in a restaurant and they were going to bomb it.

Though we've 'heard' the term used before, as far as I know this was the first time a g-ment authority had used it. Certainly, we've heard various
authors and conspiracy researchers use the term, but I don't think I've ever heard the g-ment confirm it.
Anyway, I could be wrong on that, so if anyone knows different, post away.
