How do I submit podcasts again?

I forgot how to upload podcasts up again. Can someone help me with how to do that

First record your podcast, save it, then go to the bottom of the page or the top of the page you will see a little thing that says Podcasts.

Click on that it will take you to the podcast upload space. Enter the name of your podcast first then fill out the rest of the information. Be sure to realy give your podcast a good description.

Then hit that button ONCE only ONCE be patient it will take some time for it to load up and you will have a podcast up on ATS.
