Not surprising. I believe we did the same thing with Nazi scientists at the end of world war2. We also let Japanese scientists off the hook for perfroming cruel experiments on the Chinese in exchange for the information they got. Worlds a #ed up place.

Yep, that was Operation Paperclip, what the original poster was referring to. Maybe this scientist knows the location of the , ahem, wmd's that supposedly buried all over the place in Iraq

Yeah the Iraqi's should have some expertise of interest to America.

It is rumoured that the MOSSAD murdered Gerald Bull the Canadian Scientist in Brussels Belgium on a business trip while working on the super gun for the Iraqi's more than a dozen years ago.

He was considered the expert on ballistics at the time in the world.

The Iraqi's have had other interesting projects too of which many are but rumours.
