Ghost Contact through I-pod?

I was sitting here and I put on my I pod and the song We didn't start the fire was playing.
but there was a screeching sound and a raspy womans voice saying "we didn't start the fire" and my i pod flew off the ear bud cord and hit the wall.
It has no scratches and it's working fine.
and i played the song again it didn't happen again.
I know a woman named Esmeralda died here around the 80's-90's from a homicide.
is this a haunting from Esmeralda?
What can I do to prevent another experience?

I've heard of some freaky stuff with electronics... I've gotten alot of crossed signals working with audio equipment before. Stuff like local radio stations cutting in and out on speakers that arent attached to a radio... just an amp. But flying across the room?!
