What are actually the changes he will be convicted for all these things..how about statue of limitations, like here you cant convict a person after 20 years if he commited murder..
Iam not an international laws specialist but maybe they are around here..i Know warcrimes dont count away but then, was it a war crime..whats a warcrime, clusterbombs is maybe also a warcrime..pz. joz

Well he can't be charged under the ICC (International Criminial Court), because Iraq is not a signatory.

Neither is the US, who refuses to sign. Lucky thing, too, since they've committed many war crimes since the original invasion of Afghanistan.

I find it funny, that just like Osama Bin Laden, Suddam Hussein is another foreigner who the US funded to do their dirty work then got upset when these lunatics turned and bit the hand that fed them. Serves the US right in a way for meddling.

I love the US, but some of the means they use are just atrocious. I think it would do them good to be tried on some of the crimes they committed.
