High End Immigration

This is just anecdotal, but has anyone noticed the increasing numbers of "high end" (i.e. professional, well educated) immigrants coming to the US, especially to Florida, California, and Arizona.

Most of them seem to be British mixed in with a lot of white South Africans. My own company hired 4 recently.

Could this be a trend, namely the better educated leaving nations that are suffering from increasing social decay.

Anyone else noticed any similar trends.

There are plenty of Immigrants, legal or illegal who have been professors, doctors, and lawyers, etc. Of course they usually end up being cab drivers. They have been coming here since the 1800's
