No Grand Lodge in the US confers these degrees.The only recognized body that deals with these irregular rites is the Grand College of Rites.

They are no longer conferred. However, members of the Grand College of Rites have access to a wide variety of rituals in manuscript form for the purpose of study and research, including the degrees of Memphis and Mitzraim.
