does anyone know a site where you can control a satellite and look at buildings and stuff. I remeber a while back someone had a link, and he used it to show where area 51 was, all you need is the coordinates and you can look around

Uh NVIDIA use to have a program similar to this, it was a composite of Satellite/Aerial photos of the world. Gimme a sec I'll try and dig it up.

There is no live control over satellite images, satellite time is very expensive.

Microsoft has one called TerraServer. It's ok. I've used it a few times.
