In case anyone was wondering, I didn't mention this to offend anyone's sensibilities.
It just occurred to me because there seems to be "exceptional" individuals out there who for some inexplicable reason manage to escape the perils of
life time & time again.
Are they "special" or are they better intuned with the mechanisms of life than most people.

usually just luckier, or "fore destined." A lot of luck is being prepared ahead of time and maximzing any poor situation. I've seen this happen
time and time again. Also, listen to your gut.
