crayon, they obviously have Priest playign well, so why do you think they are holding on to Johnson? He would have been a great trade bait for Miami, they probably could have got a ransom for him.

It might be a little late now. With the hub-bub with R Williams, I doubt Miami would be willing to trade for a running back at this point in time. The Chiefs were not sure about the health of Holmes when they drafted Johnson. I believe there is still some uncertainty about how long Holmes will be able to stay healthy. I don't see the Chiefs trading away Johnson anytime soon, though a linebacker or a d-back would be great.

It just seems a waste to me, a guy with exceptional potential, getting paid like a 1st rounder, and he's had how many carries in his 2 year career? I just think that they would have got more for him from a trade to Miami, maybe a 'backer or corner...
