Mavs may use Terry to land Kidd
New York Post

The Post's Fred Kerber reports that the Mavericks may be willing to ship Jason Terry to New Jersey as part of a deal for Jason Kidd.
 

Abdur-Rahim could be on move again
Oregonian

The Oregonian's Geoffrey C. Arnold reports that the Blazers could trade Shareef Abdur-Rahim to the Timberwolves for Wally Szczerbiak and either Michael Olowokandi or Ervin Johnson.

Knicks still in hunt for Dampier

In addition to finalizing a sign-and-trade deal for Jamal Crawford, the Knicks are also getting set to meet with Erick Dampier. The Post's Marc Berman reports that the Warriors may be willing to part with Dampier if the Knicks agree to take on Evan Eschmeyer's contract. There is also talk that the Knicks could deal Stephon Marbury for Vince Carter.

Malone keeps Spurs waiting

Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich, who is in Europe as an assistant coach for the U.S. Olympic team, talked with Malone before he departed Jacksonville, Fla., with the team on Saturday.
