BLOOD is natural during a hanging. There is nothing strange about it. The neck snaps and there can be blood from bones protruding and the neck crushing ... blood that comes up and out through the mouth.

The man who filmed the execution says that he didn't see any blood at the time of the hanging - these are Saddams final moments - his last words -

Basically Saddams last words - 'Iraq is nothing without me'.

I remember seeing the news clips of the people that he gassed stunned me; especially when I saw young children who were too young to have been a their little corpses lying in the streets. I wondered then why the man was allowed to stay in power killing a whole village of people to show his reign of terror.

I don't know why they waited until he was 69, rather than 39 before they did something. Also, although I am against violence-I am for justice, and this man was given the justice that he dished out to innocent people for years. The man was a tyrant, meglomaniac, dictator, just to name a few. He made a mockery of the courts, when he was put on trial, basically making a mockery of the justice and legal system which wasn't present when he was in power.

He died as He lived. That is the way I look at it.
