Austrian Bundesliga outfit Grazer AK have confirmed that Fulham have made a firm bid for midfielder Rene Aufhauser.

The Austria international is also believed to be interesting both Everton and Middlesbrough but The Cottagers have now decided to put money on the table.

Aufhauser is rated in the £2 million bracket by his club, who will inform Fulham within a fortnight whether their bid is acceptable.
