Blackburn Rovers: Leonard keen on Rovers move

Philippe Leonard has revealed he would welcome a move to Blackburn. Blackburn are keen on signing the Belgian defender and have made enquiries to Standard Liege. Standard are believed to have rejected Blackburn's first bid for the former Monaco ace. Blackburn have held a long-term interest in Leonard and tried to sign him two years ago only for the move to fall through.
