Arsenal: Arsenal out of Champions League!!

Thierry Henry's goal was not enough as Arsenal defeated Bayern Munich 1-0 but crashed out of the Champions League with a 3-2 aggregate defeat. Henry's second-half strike lit up a lack-lustre Arsenal display but try as they might, the Gunners could not claim a crucial second as the three careless goals they shipped in the first leg in Munich a fortnight ago proved decisive.

i think the big shock here is....the didnt concede. henry will perhaps feel hes hit back at his critics, i havent seen the goal but scoring against Bayern aint bad going.

if they has scored just 1 more goal. they would have went through

Another failure in the Champions League for the Gooners and a pretty bad season for them all round...

yer, compared to last season they have really failed this time around and will finishe empty handed. theres a chance for them with a cup though, is it the FA Cup?

i seen robert pires doing a interview, and he was saying,he admits they have been poor in europe and more poor in the leagu this season but dont know why.

i think in about 7 years, they have only made it to the quarter finals once
