Newcastle boss Graeme Souness has been fined and handed a suspended two-match touchline ban by The FA for comments made about referee Barry Knight.
The Scot was charged with bringing the game into disrepute following post-match comments made after Newcastle's Premiership defeat to Everton on May 7.
The Newcastle chief was incensed by the decision that led to Everton's 42nd minute opening goal at Goodison Park and follows a similarly controversial exchange with Knight following his side's game against Aston Villa.
