Newcastle United: Surgery for Shola

Newcastle striker Shola Ameobi has revealed that he will play through the pain barrier for the remainder of the season before undergoing hip surgery in the summer. The angular centre forward has produced some promising displays this term, but his efforts in the last month have been restricted by a hip injury.
