Coca-Cola Divisions: Scott Dobie moves on

Millwall have signed Scotland international Scott Dobie from Barclays Premiership strugglers West Brom.

The former Carlisle striker agreed to join the Lions in a 750,000 deal after turning down their Championship rivals Preston.

Dobie had been considering both offers over the weekend, having met with Preston officials at Deepdale on Friday and learned of Millwall's interest on Saturday.

The transfer sees West Brom guaranteed 500,000, with a further 250,000 due should Dobie help the Londoners climb into the Premiership.

Dobie had fallen out of favour at the Hawthorns since their summer promotion and will team up with former Baggies team-mate Danny Dichio at the New Den.
