Coca-Cola Divisions: Saints swoop for Tunisian

Southampton have completed the signing of Tunisian international defender Alleddine Yahia from Guingamp.

The 22-year-old has inked a three-year contract at St Mary's after the clubs concurred on a fee in the region of 350,000.

Yahia has just returned from the Olympic Games tournament in Greece where he played three games for his country.

The North African has been seeking a move this summer, and informed Guingamp he wanted to move on after the club suffered relegation from the French top-flight last term.

hmmm, i havent heard of him, i wonder who signed him, if it was som1 Sturrock wanted or the board thought about this move,

he must wonder about his future with no manager being there, i can see why he left france though, i dont think the 2nd division there wuold appeal very much

I havn't heard of him or the club he was at lol!

I guess we will see him play in the comming weeks...
