Former world champion Hector 'Macho' Camacho has issued a statement denying that he has any involvement with drugs.
The colourful 42-year-old is out on a $75,000 bail after been charged with burglary of a Gulfport, Missi computer shop at the weekend.
However, Camacho's attorney, David Morrison, of Biloxi, released the following statement:
"The room at the Imperial Palace, in Biloxi, where Camacho was arrested, was not under Mr. Camacho's name. He was simply a guest, using the restroom, when he was arrested. The drugs were found in the room at the hotel, and did not belong to Mr. Camacho."
