Promoters Square Ring, Inc. and Goossen Tutor Promotions, in association with Prize Fight Boxing and Grand Casinos Tunica, will present a sensational light heavyweight world championship fight on September 25, 2004, at FedExForum, located at 191 Beale Street in downtown Memphis, Tennessee. The main event will be televised on HBO.

In the main event scheduled for 12 rounds, Roy Jones Jr., 49-2, with 38 knockouts, of Pensacola, Florida, will challenge IBF world light heavyweight champion Glen Johnson, 40-9-2, with 27 KOs, of Miami, Florida.
