WORLD number one Amelie Mauresmo of France has increased her hold on the top spot in the WTA rankings while American Lindsay Davenport jumped to second place.
Australia's Alicia Molik is in 20th place.
Russia's Anastasia Myskina slid from second to fourth in the rankings, tumbling behind Davenport and Belgium's Justine Henin-Hardenne.
That increased Mauresmo's margin atop the rankings from 372 to 470 points, with her points total and that of Davenport unchanged from last week.
