Shaq goes full speed at practice, aims for Thursday return

Miami Heat center Shaquille O'Neal returned to practice Tuesday, one week after spraining his left knee in an awkward tumble against the Chicago Bulls.

O'Neal, who missed all but the first two minutes of that Bulls game and was held out of Miami's next three games, said he plans to play on Thursday when the Heat visit New Jersey.

The Heat are obviously a much better team with the Diesel but they managed to go 2-2 without him. Dwayne Wade is just getting better and better with each game. If Zo can make any kind of contribution, that will just be a bonus.
