that is a great prediction ... but it has been made before... it's going to happen sooner or later is all they are saying ... obviously there is going to be an earthquake it is inevitable. Anyways thoses are very large margins... it is like saying withing the next year there will be a fire. these are just guesses

yeah thats like saying brasil will win annother soccer world cup sometime in the next 20 years. or

there will be a new pope sometime in the next 10years

yeah ok maybe it's not as likely as these two examples but if theyre gonna make a prediction they can give a timeframe of 30 year for crying out loud.

Funny thing is...they have been saying there will be a mojor quake for at least the last 30 years.
Loma prieta was a big one(7.1)...but not the major one they have been predicting.
If they keep predicting in 30 year cycles, they are bound to be right one of these days.
