So I take it that these people that were in the process of these "dry runs" are being held now? Or did the Israeli intelligence operatives just observe them doing these "dry runs" and just decide to take the information home with them? I wonder if this could just be payback for the detainment of the Israeli with the 9mm clip that was found in her bag that was left there accidently by her brother who was going off to fight the war in Lebanon,when she accidently took his bag and the ammunition clip on her trip to India.

Nowadays what better way to protest a detainment then to say Alqueda is in the neighborhood. It will work better then a traditional boycott and much faster results.
