A couple of months ago a mysterious blast shook my home town. It was quite loud and it shook my entire house.
Two months later people are still not sure what it was.
Some astronomers say it was a meteor entering the atmosphere at a very high speed and exploding.

Nanaimo, B.C. — Was it a sonic boom, a dynamite blast, or an asteroid hitting the earth?
Government and local emergency services were stumped Wednesday afternoon, unable to explain a powerful blast that shook Nanaimo from stem to stern.
