You must not know the research into this film. The people who filmed it had a plastic/rubber toy. They also sell these in an 'egg' where you place it in water and the egg devolves and poof - there is your alien baby.

It is not a real baby... there are multiple threads on this subject - which could be confusing people.

This is a hoax.
