Can anyone here make quality ringtones?

I have a Motorola/Nextel phone and I want Richard Strauss' Also Sprach Zarathustra (The 2001: A Space Odyssey theme) as my ringtone. I can't find squat on the web.

Is this an easy thing to do or what?

There is a program that you can get off the net (free 3 ringtone trial, and then like 20 bucks), that allows you to create ringtones using mp3/midi files. I don't remember the name of the program though, since mine only plays stupid tones.

I really need to buy a new phone.
