is this part of dulce base or what are these?

as some do and some dont know el vado, new mexico and the navajo dam are said to be power sources for dulce base. well to the right of the navajo dam is a # load of weird little white things.

go to goole earth and type in Navajo Dam nm snd hit search and scroll to the right a tad

srry if its nothing it just seems starnge cause there is so many maybe they lead to the dulce base as a water supply or power supply
