Mystery Google earth object in greenland

As this I don't have a clue what this is, I thought I'd put it here.

On google earth in Greenland, there is a strange object which is 50 miles long, and looks sort of rust coloured, and is rectangular.

Coordinates:

70°34'39.05"N 39°59'23.73"W

Any thoughts on what this is?
