Nightmares seem to be, in my opinion, just another facet of your subconscious making itself known.

However, the idea that dreams and nightmares could be something else entirley has always interested me and I am still waiting for somebody who is more learned then myself in the interpretation of these things to discuss my nightmare.

my worst nightmare is not one dream but a series of dreams. ih these dreams i lose someone or in my family or my whole family. to me that is my worst nightmare. but dreams about creatures and aliens dont scare me. the only beast dreams that scare me are dreams of a huge grizzly coming after me and i am too scared to run fast.
