The question is .. is he as bad as the article says? If so, he should be in jail right next to Ted Kennedy. If not, then the author of this article
owes him a very big apology.

Lonnie Henley, Negroponte’s deputy at the office of Director of National Intelligence weighed in to get a sentence against a US spy for China, Ronald Montaperto, reduced. In regard to Negroponte’s sympathies for Communist China, consulting with Rep. Peter Hoekstra, chairman of the House intelligence committee, would be educational. Hoeskstra has said he is concerned by the apparent support for Montaperto from the U.S. intelligence community. He also says that Negroponte was involved with Michael Chertoff, in making the decision to award the Chinese Communists the US contract to monitor US shipping containers at US ports for nuclear materials and to have the United Arab Emirates run major US port facilities. Negroponte was in on the decision to have the FBI stand down earlier this year rather than go after Communist Chinese and North Korean agents operating and committing violence against US citizens INSIDE the US. MY really big concern is that Negroponte was in on the decision against the Pentagon informing the public about the Chinese military shooting disabling laser bursts at US satellites.
