Not that Im a big fan of Kennedy's but if he was trying to ease tensions between the then Soviets and the Regan Admin. why would that make him a commie traitor? If they were trying to call for nuclear freezes instead of nuclear build-ups how would that have been a bad thing? If it wasn't for the fact that Gorbachev came into power , things may have gone much differently.

One can only hope for a continued GOP rule....

people were chanting the "sig heil" crap and calling the president "hitler" even back when Reagan was in power. By the time he left he had an 87% approval rating and he had ended the cold war. When he died, we had one of the greatest funerals for this great man. Its a shame that the commie sympathizers like Kennedy never understand that it is the ENEMY and not your country that is the obstacle for peace.
