After we heard these stories it was too hard to resist going to check for ourselves.. I myself along with 3 other friends went out to find the base around 11pm at night about 3 and half to 4 years ago.. i dont remember the exact day or anything.

After going deep into the woods we came to a creek/river. There used to be a bridge (cement) but it had been taken down (professionally destroyed and not natural or anything). There was two giant cement walls (like the ones that separate the highways) blocking a car from driving over the once existing bridge. I did notice on these cement walls a "US RANGERS" logo that was painted on. I found this cool because I knew we were close. The 2nd strange thing i noticed was in the distance off to the left was a "BUNKER" type structure... It had a BLUE light above the door. Weird for an abandoned base to have power right? We all got out of the car and ventured across the river, big mistake because at this time it started raining. WE continued on and found it. About a mile into the woods past that river we found doors leading into the ground that had been cemented shut.. not just the bottoms either, but the whole doors. We found walkways and stuff that lead to cement piles. Everything was overgrown so you could not tell where the roadway was at all, or even where the high traffic areas where. We explored for about 2 hours and found no way into the base at all. After venturing back to the car we all agreed that what we had seen was the coolest discovery we had ever made.

Since that incident we have returned only 1 time. Still no entry into the base at all. All of us besides myself and 1 other friend gave up on the base. For the past 3 years I have continued to search with no luck. Nothing on the internet at all that I can find. My friend did however find out some information. I cannot PROOVE it, however thats what im posting this for. I want to know if anyone else has any kind of idea about this base.

What we believe/know is that the base was used during the COLD WAR for nuclear weapons testing. After the cold war ended the GOVN wanted to dispose of the base. My guess is a nuclear reaction of somekind and they wanted to cover it up. Hense why they used some small time hush mouth contractor company to seal it off, pay them alot of money and they wont ask quesitons type of thing ya know? This is all that I can conclude.

However after reading numerous posts here on ATS I have drawn my own opinion. I think this base is connected some how with other underground bases the government uses to develop alien technology and such. I beleive something went wrong here and the government wanted to cover it up. Search for yourself, there is no record of the base anywhere that i can find, and sure enough, go there in person and you will find it. Good luck and be careful though.

Please will someone here shed some light on this "Mysterious Base" for me. I want to know im not the only one here in GA who has been there. Im not crazy. Please dont Flame me.
