Weatherchannel Desktop

WARNING, Never use this feature!!!.
It has attached to 231 files.

The Restore feature is limited to September, (I downloaded this file in July)
Every time I try to delete it Reloads. telling me other files are running simultaneously. None are running.
It has derailed Norton.
It can not be found as a "file".
I can't run in "Safe Mode".
Programs start randomly or not at all.
My Computer is "Talking" all the time.

From now on I will just look out the "Window" :bnghd::bnghd:

Any suggestions?? Please
