wierd strange marking

I was in vegas during my summer holidays and i woke up one mornning with this strange mark on my shoulder. It looked like i had had about 5 stitches it didnt hurt and next to it are 4 little holes. im seriously freaked out i have no idea what happened to me. i no this sounds stupid but the night before i had a dream i was meeting with some of the area 51 employees
