Best wine: Mouton Cadet.
A french wine, as good as anything in the $30-$50 range, and yet it costs less than $12 a bottle in the US. Their white is excellent. (I don't pay more than $20 for a bottle of wine. That's just nuts.)

Otherwise, either the Macallan or Abelour

Did I ever tell you about the time I was lost in the Sahara desert? All I had was some barrels of rainwater---I almost died of thirst!

A classic martini; 2 parts tanquaray or Bombay, 1 part sweet vermouth and 1 part dry.

Slide two ice cubes down the side. Don't Shake it! ---It bruises the vermouth.

Stir it with 2 pimento olives on a swizzle, and slide it gently over to me. rinse and repeat.

Best wine? No clue, but I can drink about anything. I'm not a big wine guy, but a glass of port after dinner in the winter goes down pretty well.

Abelour (especially the 15 year old, when I can afford it) is very good, I agree.

Martini is my favorite before dinner cocktail. That means gin and gin means Beefeater. On the rocks with just a hint of dry vermouth and a couple of almond stuffed olives. Perfect.

After dinner, a snifter of Grand Mariner with a cup of good black coffee. Or maybe a stinger or two (brandy & white creme de menthe).

Depends on the mood, it's all good. [in moderation]

I'd have to say my favorite is Lime Vodka and Cranberry juice after that it would be either a White Russian or Brandy Old Fashioned Sour.

I am pretty much a beer drinker, so I would have to say BEER!
If money isn't tight, I would go for just about any stout out there. As for liquor drinks, I do like Amaretto Sour and White Russian.

Arr, my drink of choice be Rum, it helps me walk the planks of life.

Beer is good if it comes from a bottle (no tin in my booze please) and if it isn't Bud (Americas worst beer) Calring (UKs worst beer) or Fosters (Australias worst export, full stop).

Beer is always a good choice. I personally enjoy Yeungling Lager.
However the best mixed drink in my opinion is a Long Island Iced Tea. However I have a twist. Instead of using sour mix, I replace it with pineapple juice. Everything else is the same. Try it, it's awesome.

vanilla vodka and coke is pretty good.

I drink stoli orange on the rocks or good tequila on the rocks normally.

shots:

for getting hammered quickly either a sledge hammer or AA shots.

AA shots were something a bar tender friend used to make for us. He would walk up and down the bar, indescrimately grabbing bottles and adding them to the mix.

Sledge Hammer is something to behold. One shot sambuca in a glass, three shots southern comfort in another glass. Light the sambuca and slowly add it to the SoCo. As you pour it, line up the two glasses and cover the soco with the sambuca glass, sealing off the flame until it burns out. Then, carefully slip a straw into the air above the mixed drink and inhale fast and hard. Then pound the shot.

exhale.

you'll feel like you've been hit with a sledge hammer. Generally you don't see someone do more than two of these.

Best mixed drink that has a real kick is either the Monsoon or the Huma Huma from port o call in New Orleans.

Scotch on the rocks is about the only thing I drink.
I like the single malts over 12 years old if I have the cash, but J&B and Ballantine's keep me pleasantly pickled.
