Probably just school kids messing around? what with all the media stories about liquid chemicle bombs i wouldn't be suprised if they were trying to see just how easy they are to make?

When I was a kid I used to make "bombs" out of Coke (bottles) and Pop Rocks.
Releatively harmless, but made a good bang.

In this day and age, I wonder if I would have been labeled a Terrorist by those RCMP officers that once caught me and shook their fingers at me.
