FeeJee Mermaid on eBay, page 1

I found this on eBay - cgi.ebay.com... ll?ViewItem&item=300018818510&indexURL=3&photoDisplayType=2#ebayphotohosting
and was wondering, if that was actually real or a fake, it looks so strange, he claims its parts of other animals put together, but i cant understand how they could do that, and make it look like a genuine creature, could this possible be a real animal?
